The website may process technical connection data normally transmitted when browsing. If you use the Italian booking form, you enter your name, requested date, party size, experience and message: your browser prepares a WhatsApp message and transfers you to that service; the website does not record the request in a database. Email and WhatsApp also process any data you choose to communicate. Availability requests sent to the server contain no customer identifiers.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Data is used to provide, secure and operate the website on the basis of legitimate interests; to answer enquiries, provide information and take requested pre-contractual steps; and, where necessary, to comply with legal obligations. The website does not use newsletters, profiling or behavioural advertising.

Reviews are requested server-side from Google Places and displayed on the website; the visitor’s browser does not load a Google review widget directly. When available, author photos are loaded by the browser from Google servers, which receive normal technical request data such as the IP address and browser information.

Voluntary use of external services may involve processing or transfers governed by those providers. Data is retained only as long as needed to respond, manage the requested relationship, protect rights and meet applicable obligations.
