How many guests can Maldecò take?

Up to 8 guests for day trips. Up to 4 guests for multi-day stays, with 2 private cabins.

Is the skipper included?

Yes, the skipper is always included.

Can we choose the destination?

Yes, for private boat days the destination is agreed together, depending on sea conditions and available time.

Is a dolphin sighting guaranteed?

Dolphins are resident in the area, but wildlife encounters can never be guaranteed on every outing.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes. Up to 24 hours before departure you can cancel without giving a reason and without penalty, with a 100% refund. Within the 24 hours before departure, or if you do not show up, no refund is due. Read the full policy.

What happens if the weather is bad?

Safety comes first. If weather or sea conditions do not allow a safe trip, we look for a new date together. If we cannot find one that suits you, we refund the full amount paid.

Can I change the date?

Yes. Contact us as soon as possible: we will do our best to find you a new place on the boat at no extra cost, subject to availability.

How can I book if I do not speak Italian?

How do I book?

You can contact us through WhatsApp, email or the booking request. Tell us the date, number of guests and experience you are considering. We then confirm availability and the practical details.

What is included?

Each experience has its own inclusions, shown on its dedicated page. The skipper is included. Swimming and snorkelling stops depend on the route and sea conditions, while aperitivo, lunch and drinks are included only where the individual experience states them.

Can the route change?

Yes. Sea and weather conditions always take priority. Your skipper may change a stop or route when necessary so that the day remains safe and enjoyable.

How many guests can join?

The private day experiences are designed for up to 8 guests. For longer stays using the two private cabins, the maximum is 4 guests.

Before departure

It helps to tell us in advance how many guests are travelling, the date you want and which experience you are considering. We can then check availability, duration, route and included services. For customised requests, it is also useful to mention your preferred pace or the type of stops you would like.

Weather, sea conditions and route

Routes always depend on sea conditions. Your skipper may change a stop or destination when necessary to keep the navigation safe and enjoyable. This also applies to dolphin trips: wildlife encounters depend on the presence of the animals and cannot be guaranteed.
